The Rüscher family spoils you with traditional dishes all year round. The dishes on the seasonal menu offer something for every palate. The tender beef comes from the Almochsen from the own organic agriculture and also the game meat comes from the own hunt. In general, great importance is attached to quality and health in the selection and processing of all food in the kitchen.
