Experience the path from grain to bread at the only existing mill in the Sölktäler Nature Park. At the rushing Knallbach in Mößna (St. Nikolai) the home-grown grain used to be ground.
Eva, our nature park guide, explains to you how grain was grown, ground and baked into bread in earlier times.
