Host information
To provide our guests with the highest standard, we continuously renew our apartment house, with the last renovation taking place in spring 2022. In 2018, a wellness area was built and the reception was renovated. Our primary goal is for you to feel comfortable with us. It is also part of our standard that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We are always open to wishes and suggestions and welcome constructive criticism - because only through this can we improve.
Due to my open-minded character, our apartment guests are particularly dear to me. Since September 2011, I have been managing our apartment house in the third generation, with heart and soul. I wish that we can contribute to recharging your energy reserves.
The Schladming-Dachstein region is a natural jewel and worth a visit for every guest seeking peace and relaxation, as well as party life. Breathtaking hikes in summer and kilometers of skiing fun in winter round off your stay with us. We are happy to live in a region where many people can only spend the most beautiful time of the year - their VACATION!

From the B320 Enns valley national road, either coming from the direction of Salzburg or Graz, you would find our chalet easiest if you took the east Schladming exit, and follow the signs to the town centre (from Salzburg, turn right at the end of the slip road, from Graz, turn left). On the island (Spar, Salewa, Pizzeria) take the third exit, then follow the road to the next island (Billa,BIPA,Post Office, Police station)and take the first exit. After 20 meters on the right you have reached your holiday destination. Glad to see you!
