Our Wellness-Pension is located on the high plateau (1050m) of Rohrmoos-Untertal near the mountain town of Schladming.
From house all lifts with skis or snowboard can be reached.
Bus, inns can be found in the immediate vicinity.
Around the house you will find a large playground and lawn, as well as the opportunity to play table tennis.

Our wellness guesthouse is located in the middle of the Hochplateau of Rohrmoos, right near the World Championship city of Schladming.
During a skiing holiday, you are right next to the ski slope, and in the summer holiday, you are in the heart of the hiking region Schladming-Dachstein.
Bus connections and inns can be found in the immediate vicinity. Additionally, we offer rooms, apartments, a rich breakfast buffet, and a fine wellness area.
