Work is still in full swing at Villa Stephanie, with screws being tightened and paint being applied – we look forward to welcoming our first guests starting December 5, 2025.

Welcome to Villa Stephanie

Villa Stephanie is located in the heart of Haus im Ennstal – a lovingly renovated villa dating back to 1909, combining historical character with cozy living comfort.

Villa Stephanie comprises two spacious apartments:
the Hochparterre apartment for 2–4 people and the Beletage apartment for 4–6 people.
When used together, the entire house can accommodate up to 10 people – perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy a vacation together.

Whether summer or winter: thanks to its central location, the villa is the perfect starting point for nature experiences, sporting activities, and relaxing vacations in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

The ski bus stop is only about 50 m away from the villa. After a wonderful day of skiing, you can ski back almost to the accommodation (approx. 150 m away) via the 1B Markt Haus ski trail. A locked ski room with boot dryer is available for your equipment.

Our rates include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
We kindly ask that the apartment is left in a swept-clean condition upon departure.

Rates are exclusive of the local tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person/night).

Please note that pets are not permitted.

Different arrival times and short stays are available upon request.

A deposit of 20% of the travel price is required at the time of booking.

How to get here:
From the East (Vienna / Linz / Graz):
Take the A9 Phyrnautobahn to the Liezen exit, then follow the B320 Ennstal Bundesstraße towards Schladming. Take the exit to Haus im Ennstal. Villa Stephanie is located in the Marktstraße No. 37, right in the village center.

From the West (Salzburg, Munich) or South (Villach, Italy, Slovenia):
Take the A10 Tauernautobahn to the Eben exit / direction Graz, then follow the B320 Ennstal Bundesstraße to the exit Haus im Ennstal. Villa Stephanie is located in the Marktstraße No. 37, right in the village center.
