Top 4: 87m² App. on the first floor for 4-6 persons, spacious and high equipped eat-in kitchen, dining table, sofa bed for two persons and TV, 10m² balcony with furniture and fantastic Planai views, two separate bedrooms with double bed, one en-suite bathroom with bath tub, vanity and one bathroom with rain shower and vanity. One separate toilet is available. Ski box inclusive boot dryer and 1 underground parking space.
Top 6: 57 m² App. on the 1st floor for 2-4 persons, high quality and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons and TV, 9 m² balcony with balcony furniture, a separate bedroom with double bed and TV, a bathroom with double vanity, shower, separate toilet, 1x underground parking.
Top 12A: 55m² App. on the 2nd floor/rooftop floor for 2-4 persons, high quality and top modern equipped apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table, comfortable living room and TV, balcony with Planai view, two separate bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with double vanity and shower and a separate toilet, 1x underground parking.
A private underground car park ensures a snow-free car and the passenger lift offers relaxation after a long day.

- In the underground car park you have a reserved parking space per apartment free of charge.
- Underground-car park height is 2.10 meters. It is possible to enter the underground car park with a passenger car including ski box, but it is not possible to enter it with SUV and ski box.
- In the basement of the house you will find a ski stoarage room with ski boxes for each apartment. A ski boot heater is also available.
- Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 - € 300 per apartment must be deposited via credit card authorization.
- Bed linen & towels, final cleaning and the local tax are included in the offer price!
- 15% discount online & on site on bike rental and accessories at Bründl Sports in the Planai valley station

From Germany via Salzburg to exit Knoten Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Schladming; From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Vienna on the motorway to Semmering, then freeway and motorway to Liezen, then 50 km on the B 320 to Schladming; Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the junction Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Schladming; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming Middle and take the right into the centre of Schladming. At the first roundabout (Billa supermarket) you take the 3rd exit into the Erzherzog-Johann-Street. Follow the Erzherzog-Johann-Street until you can see an exit on your right side into the "Tutterstraße". Take the exit and after 130 meter you can see on the right side the apartment house STADTDOMIZIL.
