Our organic farm is located in a beautiful, sunny location overlooking Schladming and the surrounding ski mountains, it offers rustic and cosy apartments in the farmhouse.
Holiday in a perfect location - the base station Planai-Hochwurzen is 2 km away, you can get to the bus stop within a few minutes from our house and the centre of Schladming can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
In summer you can start enjoying beautiful walks or bike rides of varying degrees of difficulty directly from our house.
Make yourself comfortable and have a good time in one of our three rustic apartments. For the unique charm and comfort in the rooms, untreated wood from our own forest is used, as well as the water, which comes directly from the spring. Our apartments combine comfort with tradition and give your holiday that certain something.
Our location allows you to escape the everyday life and to let your mind wander. The area around the house has swings, a trampoline, table tennis, table football and a playground. Everything has been thought of to make your holiday perfect. A big advantage is that there is no traffic to disturb you.

From Munich / Salzburg or from Graz / Vienna:
Exit the B320 in Schladming Centre (ÖAMTC building) and keep left towards Ramsau. Take the Ramsauer Landesstrasse uphill and after about 100 m take the first left. After approx. 1.5 km at the next crossroads turn right and then on the right hand side you will find the farm Holdhof. We are number 33.
