    DEPOSIT: A deposit of 40% is required via an online portal after booking.

    OCCUPANCY: Max. 6 people

    Local tax per person (children under 16 free): €3.25 / night

    Final cleaning: €125 (included in the price)

    Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

    Smoking is not permitted in this accommodation.
    Parties are not allowed in this accommodation.

    Pets are very welcome for an additional fee of €10 per night and pet (not included in the price).

    Children under the age of 2 stay for free in their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability. Please reserve in advance with the host.
