From all our houses you are 5-7 minutes walking distance to the Planai-Hochwurzen-Bergbahnen and the center of Schladming. SPORTRENT is possible at and next to the Planai-Hochwurzen-Bergbahnen and in the center of Schladming.

We call it in the Villa Florl and in the Dependance I the source of relaxation, the saunas, the relaxation room with music and water sprinkling, all separated from nature only by a glass element.
Guests of the Dependance II are welcome to use the wellness area in the Dependance I.
