The Loft apartment is 130 m² (2 levels) large and very high quality furnished and equipped. It has its own entrance from the beautifully - in winter dormant - garden. You can enter the apartment dry from the carport (1 free parking space). It is built according to building biology principles. In the large dining, living, and sleeping area, there is a heated ceramic stove. On the upper level (22m²), there is a bed (180cm) that can be used for relaxing and sleeping. The ski lifts can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. (Ski depot). Train station and bus stops are nearby. In summer, the Ennstal cycling path passes by the house.
A parking space (carport) is included in the price. An additional (public) parking space is a 2-minute walk away.
The beds are 180 cm wide. Custom-made from solid wood.
