The 11 Design Apartments in Alpine-Metropolitan style, have been developed with great attention to detail and the aim for absolute cosiness. All apartments are equipped with private WiFi, Smart-TV, full equipped kitchen, wide balcony’s or terraces, climatization and comfy living room area. Free parking.

The Alpine Residence Dachsteinperle is a direct starting point for numerous mountain tours, via ferrates and hiking routes, mountain bike and e-bike trails, is located directly at the cross-country ski run and next to the Drachenlifte, perfect for ski starters and kid bob sledging or summer field go-cart runs. In 5 – 15 minutes by car you reach all 5 major ski mountains of the region as Planai, Reiteralm, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen, Rittisberg and as well the Dachstein Glacier.
From mid-May to 31 October, the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is included in the rate and offers benefits and discounts such as free use of local cable cars and buses, free toll roads, free entrance to museums and public swimming pools.

Host information
In 1973, my parents, Maresi and Heinz Tritscher, fulfilled their dream of having their own breakfast guesthouse.
They acquired this plot of land near my father's childhood home - Haus am Bach - and built their own home in the following years until 1975. With much love and dedication, Maresi - who is, by the way, the namesake of the Dachstein Pearl - and Heinz "Senior" provided a place for "Vacation at Home" for over 45 years to people from all corners of the world. Countless guests became companions and friends who accompanied my family on the journey of the Dachstein Pearl until retirement. In the countryside, it often seems as if time runs slower. But even at the southern foot of the Dachstein, time does not stand still. In 2019, I, Heinz Tritscher, took over my parents' guesthouse with the vision of creating an incomparable place of luxurious coziness and local tradition.
