Music club
The Aich-Assach Music Association is a medium-sized band (41 active musicians). Rehearsals usually take place every Friday in the association's own "Haus der Musik" (House of Music) in Aich.
Special feature: The Aich-Assach Music Association is one of only five Styrian chamois beard bands (=bands that wear chamois beards as a hat decoration). As a traditional brass band, we enjoy playing Bohemian brass music alongside "classical" music (marching music), but "modern" arrangements are also becoming increasingly popular within our ensemble – and are also well received by the audience.
An important part of the association's work is youth work. Several students are currently undergoing musical training and find joy in making music together from an early age in our youth orchestra ("AJO" / Aicher Youth Orchestra) and various small groups.
