Notice:
Staying overnight at the parking lot is prohibited. Outside the toll operating hours you will receive a note on your car about the possibility of additional payment. Dogs are not allowed in the Obertal from the Eschachalm, we ask you to respect this!

The Obertal is the starting point for numerous hikes with cosy huts to stop off at.
The following hikes start in the Obertal: Duisitzkarsee, Knappenweg, Schmelzofenrunde, circular hike Neualm-Duisitzkar, hike to the Keinprechthütte, Obertaler Almenrunde and the Bergseeweg.
