The Dachsteinlauf has always stood for the highest quality, perfect conditions, and a truly special cross-country skiing experience.
Unfortunately, this year’s snow conditions are not sufficient to carry out the full course at the quality we are accustomed to. Under these circumstances, it would not be possible to meet our own standards of quality.
For this reason, we regret to announce that we have to cancel the Dachsteinlauf 2026.
All registration fees already paid will be automatically refunded in the coming weeks. No separate contact is required.
It is important to note that regular cross-country skiing operations remain fully possible, and the trails will continue to be available to all cross-country skiers as usual.
